Calming summer yoga

Gentle practice that combines elements of slow vinyasa and yin yoga. The aim is to calm down the body and mind through soft opening, strengthening and balancing asana and pranayama practice. With Anni Oliveira (RYS-200 certified yoga teacher)

Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing yoga practice where you are guided gradually from movement to movement following the breath. Vinyasa practice offers a varied selection of yoga asanas and pranayama done at a comfortable rhythmic pace. With Anni Oliveira

Yin

Stillness is the opposite of dullness. In this practice we hold each pose several minutes, working deeper on the connective tissues on the body. Very relaxing and slow practice that allows you to work on awareness and inner silence. With Anni Oliveira

About instructor 

My name is Anni Oliveira

And I'm RYS-200 hours certified yoga teacher. I am a mother for my 3 children, living with my family here at Quinta Shiva. I'm from Finland and started my yoga journey in South Africa. I did my teacher training four years ago I have taught yoga classes in Finland, Portugal and online.

Nature has a strong influence in me and I incorporate the elements of nature into the yoga experience. My classes are taught in English but no advanced language skills are needed as the practices are slow paced and always with visual guidance. My goal is to guide you into a peaceful, harmonious and vitalised stage through our yoga moments together. I aim to provide a space where you feel comfortable and confident, even in the beginning of your yoga journey.
